Overview: ***This position is available as fully remote or hybrid, depending on the location to the Sioux Falls, SD or Wilmington, DE offices.*** The Enterprise Risk Control Testing Specialist will be responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of a comprehensive controls testing program. The role will utilize the Bank’s Process, Risk, and Control (PRC) inventory to perform periodic testing to opine on the control effectiveness for one or more lines of business. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks. Additionally, this position oversees broader risk management responsibilities, including identifying and mitigating risks, promoting compliance, and driving a strong risk culture across the organization.
