If you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoy making a difference behind the scenes, this is the role for you What You'll Do: - Provide daily administrative and operational support to the DD Area Manager/Supervisor - Ensure smooth payroll and billing processes for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) - Maintain DSP compliance documentation and certification records - Attend and support planning meetings with members and families - Build strong relationships with DSPs, members, guardians, and internal staff - Travel locally throughout the Valley for meetings, home visits, and inspections - Help ensure services remain compliant, accurate, and responsive M...
