Uphold a culture of safety by ensuring strict adherence to OSHA, NFPA, state and local codes, and Strata Solar Services safety protocols. Technicians must undergo comprehensive training and demonstrate full comprehension before commencing any on-site activities. - Develop a profound understanding of electrical theory to interpret design drawings and promptly identify and escalate any electrical safety hazards. - Execute both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, focusing on enhancing plant performance and operational efficiency. - Work on and around energized electrical parts.
