By that, we do not mean just regular retail. Previous experience with another second hand resale store or high-volume retail store is strongly preferred. We seek motivated individuals with a long-term interest in sustainable fashion. For assistant managers, experience and an interest in future opportunities in management, district-management and corporate-level positions down the road is a plus.
