The university leads multiple partnerships and programs to provide equitable healthcare resources in a variety of South Los Angeles neighborhoods. Under the supervision of the Assistant Vice Provosts of Student Affairs, the Career Advisor helps students reach their educational and career goals by providing career counseling to undergraduate and graduate students. They will coordinate and provide career advising. Career counseling responsibilities are to assist students in developing competencies required to become informed about the choice of a major and career, and to make informed decisions related to their professional goals.
