Description Thomann Asphalt is a family-owned full-service asphalt paving company that's been in business for over 100 years. Our primary y focus is on commercial and industrial paving and sitework projects in both the private and public sectors. We specialize in parking lot maintenance, including paving, patching, seal coating, crack sealing, drain work, and site work, which includes a full complement of grading, excavating, and utility installation services. We are currently hiring an experienced Class A Lowboy Driver to join the team immediately! With this local position and you will be able to go home every night! Essential Functions & Responsibilities: - Comply with all DOT and Company rules and regulations, as well as applicable DOT paperwork. - Safe transportation of heavy construction equipment to various job sites, using proper loading, securement, and unloading. - Maintain constant contact with Foreman to receive pickup and/or delivery instructions and keep them informed of any safety issues. - Maneuver and control the vehicle in a safe fashion, which includes handling the vehicle on-site and in over-the-road situations, proper signaling, searching for hazards, controllin...
