This is one of the largest and most complex gas and electricity deployments in the world and presents unique challenges to the UK deployment of over 50m meters. Field Services provides installation and maintenance services through its Meter Operators for all Energy Retail customers, with c5m meters in the portfolio. The Regional Lead will work as part of a team with the Smart Meter Operator Partners to optimise performance and resolve issues within their regional zone, which may impact the likelihood of achieve regulatory targets. What you'll be doing: - Support the Smart Meter Operator Partners in all areas of performance with a view to meeting agreed targets.
