Position Summary The HR Manager will provide strategic and hands-on support to multiple branches within the Bayshore Staffing Division. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and integrating HR strategies that drive employee engagement, operational excellence, and compliance with Bayshore’s values and business objectives. Reports into Divisional Managing Director with dotted line to Enterprise HR Business Partner. You will partner with branch management and HR representatives to deliver best-in-class HR solutions, facilitate complex employee relations matters, and champion change management initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to facilitate difficult conversations, and a proven track record in HR operations.
