Job Description Summary People leader of a highly technical manufacturing cell employing various assembly of large-scale power plant equipment within a fast-growing Generator and Power business. Own all aspects of daily operations and management of the Stator Stack Cell. Drive Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost of a fast-paced and customer facing manufacturing assembly shop as the initial operation within all generator manufacturing in the factory. Provide direction and leadership to your own team across 3 shifts including over 60 hourly employees and the salary team consisting of operations leaders, manufacturing engineers, and planners, with indirect leadership of Materials and Quality teams within the cell. Leadership of this shop will employ and necessitate various Lean Strategies and Initiatives as well as leverage technical skills in product development and improvement as the areas forecasts significant growth in the coming years.
