Company Description Support the field sales team by analyzing data, providing insights, managing tools, and optimizing sales strategies to enhance overall performance and achieve sales targets. Job Description: DATA ANALYSIS: - Collect and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. - Utilize data analytics tools to generate reports and dashboards for the field sales team and management. SALES PERFORMANCE EVALUATION: - Evaluate the performance of field sales representatives by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, distribution, execution (PSR, WvC, OOS…). - Provide regular reports on individual and team performance. FIELD SALES TOOL MANAGEMENT: - Ensure that the Field Sales Team have the relevant sales enablement tools to achieve their targets. FORECASTING: - Work closely with the sales and demand planning teams to develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends. - Assist in inventory management by providing data-driven insights.
