This individual will be responsible for providing community-based treatment for Emerging Adults (ages 17-21) with complex clinical, social and educational problems. Over a period of 6-12 months services are delivered in homes, neighborhoods, schools and communities and the emphasis is on promoting behavioral change in the Emerging Adult’s natural environment. This individual will provide interventional support, seeking to promote the Emerging Adult’s capacity to function in their natural environment, which includes leveraging their strengths and developing skills to overcome barriers.
