The Role: Under the general direction of the Operations Coordinator !!, the Driver is responsible for transporting staff, clients, and supplies in a safe and orderly fashion by agency vehicle to appointments, other agency sites, etc. This work is carried out in support of the mission and goals of Samaritan Daytop Village. Responsibilities: What You Will Do: - Transports clients in agency vehicles to other program sites, appointments, or within the community, etc. - Picks up and delivers supplies from vendors, other sites, etc. as needed. - Transports staff to other sites as needed. - Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays. - Observes all traffic and vehicle operation laws to ensure the safe and legal operation of agency vehicles. - Maintains and updates Vehicle Trip Logs daily. - Follows agency vehicle eme...
