Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service and ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards in handling BOR requests and inquiries from agents and brokers regarding Chubb personal lines policies. Apply advanced knowledge of personal lines insurance and Chubb products to process special change endorsements, policy rewrites, cancellations, pre-renewals, and manual rewrites with accuracy. Efficiently and professionally resolve agent inquiries, demonstrating technical proficiency, ownership, and timeliness. Analyze complex information to make informed decisions and solve problems, ensuring a superior experience for all stakeholders. Navigate and integrate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze, and resolve agent requests and inquiries. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external business partners, utilizing functional expertise to address complex client needs.
