This position is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies to attract corporate clients. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting hotel revenue targets. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Sales and Revenue Growth Manage current accounts and ensure proper solicitation of the designated market - Develop and execute sales plans to increase occupancy and revenue through corporate bookings, group sales, and special events. - Attain personal booking goals and monitor production compliance - Secure a thorough understanding of hotel operations and negotiate profitable sales - Manage familiarization trips and site visits to nurture new business and highlight the unique features of the Resort. - Solicit new business by resourcefully expanding account base; identifying and developing new markets; creating and executing innovative plans Market Analysis: Serve as part of a broader sales network and organization - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly - Identify new business opportunities, g...
