FlexStaff is seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in home health agency (CHHA) or long-term home health care (LHCSA) to work as a Clinical Care Manager for one of our external clients, a non-profit organization that provides home healthcare services to the elderly, disabled and chronically ill in the New York metropolitan area. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch) (FT) . Weekly Hours: 37.5 Pay rate: $73 per hour: Location: Bronx, NY: Temporary contract with potential to be hired permanently In this role you will be coordinating, facilitating, and arranging long-term care services in nursing homes, rehab facilities, etc. as needed. Requirements: Current active and unrestricted license and registration in New York State as a Registered Nurse required. - Degree from an NLN accredited nursing school (RN, BSN required or at least five (5+) years’ experience in health care setting). - Minimum of two (2+) years of administrative experience in a management capacity in a certified home health agency (CHHA) and/or long-term home health care (LHCSA).
