This role is responsible for driving revenue, conversion, and customer experience improvements while leading a large-scale platform transformation. This is a player/coach role within a lean team environment. The ideal candidate is a highly experienced eCommerce leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute. This leader will directly own key initiatives, dive into data and performance, and manage day to day details while developing a small but high-impact team.
