FlexStaff- Nurse Manager (RN) - Behavioral Health Location: Brooklyn, NY (Onsite): Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday Salary Range: $145,000 – $160,000 annually FlexStaff is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager to lead our client’s Behavioral Health unit. Responsibilities: - Must have experience managing a psychiatric unit within a hospital setting. - Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse. - At least 5 years of clinical experience in psychiatry. - A minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role. - Valid NY State RN license and current licensure. - BLS and ACLS certified. - Demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary teams, oversee regulatory compliance (JCAHO, NYSDOH, OMH, DOHMH, ACS), and implement quality improvement initiatives. - Experience in budget management, performance improvement, and c...
