COMPANY: Canoe Intelligence WEBSITE : https://canoeintelligence.com/: TITLE: Implementation Specialist: LOCATION: Hybrid in Jacksonville, FL: SALARY : $60,000 - $70,000 base salary + bonus The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in onboarding clients to Canoe Connect, Canoe’s technology designed to streamline workflows related to Alternative Investment document collection. You will primarily support Implementation Consultants in optimizing workflows and configuring onboarding processes, while also engaging with clients and managers to assist with Canoe Connect adoption and authorization process execution. You will engage with internal stakeholders and clients helping them configure and optimize the Canoe platform. This role requires both technical expertise and client relationship / communication to ensure a successful implementation.
