Dunwoody Village, a five-star rated continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Newtown Square is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated for a full-time groundskeeper. The standard shift is from 6:30AM-2:30PM Monday through Friday. The groundskeeper is responsible for the following: - Mulching, fertilizing, weeding, planting, pruning, shoveling, snow/leaf removal, and litter removal on the property. - Operation of landscape equipment and installation of seasonal decorations. - Must have a valid PA driver's license to drive equipment and operate the truck with a snowplow during winter weather. - Various other duties as assigned by the Grounds Supervisor.
