Position Overview: IU Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse Navigator to join our Palliative Care team. This full-time, day shift role (Monday-Friday) provides an opportunity to deliver personalized, patient-centered care that aligns with IU Health’s mission of improving the health of our communities. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in palliative care or hospice, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient advocacy, interdisciplinary teamwork, and quality care delivery.
