IN SHORT: As a Sales Representative (100%) in Lausanne, you will be the driving force behind our growth in Romandie, winning over new corporate customers for our innovative catering solutions. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Business development opportunities: - Identify tender opportunities for office catering in your respective regions (in Romandie) - Use your personal network to develop new business opportunities - Use cold calling and outbound techniques to increase demand for FELFEL services Management of the sales process: - Contacting prospects for FELFEL services and managing the first point of contact for - inbound and outbound leads - Convert prospects by bringing the FELFEL service and value proposition to life through a hands-on gastronomic tasting experience, either at the customer’s premises or at the FELFEL offices - Take full ownership of your sales pipeline, maintaining accurate tracking, proactively following up with prospects, and driving deals forward. - Spend time in the field meeting prospects and building relationships with key stakeholders Negotiating & closing: - Leading contract negotiations that align customers' interests with FELFEL's business objectives - Soluti...
