ROLE PURPOSE: The Custodian will assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment in and around the supportive housing facility by performing a variety of cleaning, landscaping, and minor interior/exterior maintenance duties. They will work alongside other staff to assist residents with activities of daily living and the development of life skills. REPORTING AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: - Reports and is accountable to the Building Manager or their designate - The position works collaboratively with the Tenant Support Workers and program management.
