Job description

Qualifications Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred. - 1+ years of experience in lease abstraction, lease administration, or commercial real estate. - Experience supporting multi-unit or national retail portfolios preferred. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management systems. - Experience with lease administration platforms (e.g., Lucernex, CoStar, MRI, LeaseQuery, or similar). Core Competencies: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to interpret complex legal documents and lease language. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
