Job Summary This position is responsible for the daily and gameday success of all Tampa Bay Lightning jersey pressing operations. This position will lead a team of Jersey Associates to ensure jerseys are pressed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. The Jersey Supervisor will work collaboratively with Tampa Bay Sports management and frontline staff to deliver world-class customer service to fans and internal stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Work closely with management to develop production schedules and workflow. - Train team on press functions, safety procedures, and efficient production techniques. - Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot heat press machine to minimize downtime and contribute to the timely fulfillment of all orders. - Alert management immediately to any machinery issues. - Set and meet daily production goals set in conjunction with management to ensure all in-arena stores are full of player jerseys for each game. - Fulfill all customized jerseys in a timely manner, including ecommerce, internal, and fan orders. - Monitor and report inventory levels on a weekly basis to ensure continuous pressing operations. - RFID tag and reprice all pl...
