Overview Property Insight is seeking a highly self-directed FNF Discovery Coordinator to support FNF and Property Insight’s strategic expansion of title plant coverage through acquisition, conversion, and new plant development. This role is responsible for conducting on site discovery activities that evaluate operational readiness, asset conditions, and local market practices critical to expansion decisions. Serving as a key field liaison, the FNF Discovery Coordinator ensures discovery findings are accurate, well documented, and reflective of local market realities. Working closely with Market Discovery, Asset Management, Legal, and Plant Strategy teams, this role supports data driven, compliant, and scalable title plant expansion while fostering relationships that enable long term operational.
