Major Responsibilities: Operate building systems, BAS and FMS to provide specified and reliable environmental conditions and utilities to (but not limited to) production, packaging, laboratory, warehouse and office areas. Document system conditions as assigned. Systems should be monitored and alarms/issues addressed where known. Monitor FMS/BAS system for proper operation of equipment/ systems.
