Job Title: Site Security Safety Health Environment Leader Location: Burton: JOB PURPOSE: The site SSHE leader has overall responsibility for managing Personal and Process Safety, Construction Safety, Security, Health, & Environment improvement activities to achieve excellence at all level in the site. They are responsible for all Unilever employees, contractors and third-party suppliers across the sites. The SSHE Leader works across the organization to deliver SSHE technology, tools, and work processes to help site leader and management across the SHE risks and Plan to excel in SSHE performance. They also have responsibility for overseeing legal SSHE compliance of the site in the geography. Unilever has robust external and internal commitments for protecting people and the planet and the SSHE community facilitates progress against those targets. Success is determined by a strong SSHE culture in the site.
