Position Purpose: Bring structure and momentum to work that matters as part of the Quality Member Experience & Insights Team. As Project Manager III, focused on vendor management for CAHPS, HOS, and other Quality-focused member engagements, you’ll connect strategy to execution by ensuring vendors are onboarded smoothly, contracts move efficiently, and performance is clearly understood — driving informed decisions and better member outcomes. Ideal for a project manager who thrives on ownership and operational excellence, this role leads end‑to‑end vendor intake, supports the contracting process, oversees performance and portfolios, and maintains a strong governance rhythm through reporting and monthly partnership meetings and QBRs.
