Job description

As a Certification Admin Officer, you will be responsible for managing certification applications, ensuring compliance with the rules and requirements associated with Interteks various product certification marks. The role requires strong logical thinking to quickly assess and identify any deficiencies in documentation, as well as a proactive and detail-oriented approach to project administration. Youll be working with large volumes of data in internal databases and will collaborate closely with both external customers and Intertek offices across Europe, Asia, and North America. This is a temporary position with an immediate start, running until December 2026. Your daily responsibilities will include: Reviewing documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with certification requirements Updating internal databases and uploading relevant documents Responding to customer inquiries regarding certifications, primarily via email, but also by phone Handling changes such as production relocations, terminations, and updates to license holders Sending communications to customers and following up to ensure continued compliance with regulations Managing multiple projects and deadlines...
