In the absence of the Lead Teacher assigned to the classroom, the Floating Lead will hold the role of Lead Teacher in early childhood classrooms. Our lab school setting will include the duties of teaching in a variety of classrooms, mentoring internships, supervising student staff and assistants, as well as, communicating the school philosophy with the University community and families at the Center. Communicate and collaborate with teaching team to provide support for the learning community and Center operations as needed.
