Job Description: Dynamo has a need for a Lead Test & Evaluation (T&E) Specialist that that would be considered an Engineering Technician in the Surface, or Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance Reconnaissance (C5ISR) T&E field. This individual will perform and provide technical, analytical, administrative, and material support for the USCG Team at OPTEVFOR in either the Lead Surface or C5ISR T&E specialties as requested by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Service T&E Support Engineering Team provides independent OT&E that takes place on Surface, C5ISR, and Information Technology (IT) systems as directed by the Director, Department of Homeland Security, Office of Test and Evaluation (DHS DOT&E) to support major USCG acquisitions programs. Testing may include Developmental Testing (DT) Assistance, Combined DT/Operational Testing (OT), Early Operational Assessment (EOA), Operational Assessment (OA), Initial Operational Test and Evaluation (IOT&E), Follow-on Operational Test and Evaluation (FOT&E) test phases, and Verification of Correction of Deficiencies (VCD).
