As a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator on the Accounting team, a typical day for you will include: Execute Excellence: Process complex, exception-based invoices in Concur and Dynamics 365 with high-level precision. Manage Capital: Prepare and release vendor payments (ACH, EFT, wire transfers, and checks) while reviewing weekly AP aging to identify cash flow risks. Lead Resolution: Serve as the primary escalation point for vendor and internal inquiries, ensuring professional and timely solutions.
