Description: CAE is seeking an experienced Training Solution Execution Lead (TSE) to support the Canadian Future Fighter Lead-In Training (FFLIT) program. The TSE plays a central role in executing training strategies and leading the end-to-end development of learning solutions for Defense and Security clients. In this role, you will oversee the execution of training analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation activities.
