As part of our transformation journey, we’re seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to lead our national People Operations function and elevate the day‑to‑day employee experience at scale. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems, governance, data integrity, and high‑volume workforce delivery. The role: Reporting to the Vice President – Culture & Capability, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery, governance and optimisation of People Operations across a large, regulated, and nationally distributed workforce. You’ll lead the engine room of People & Culture — ensuring our people data, systems, and processes are accurate, compliant, scalable and genuinely support the business.
