Job Title Lead 1 Job Description: Your role: - Reports any disruptions or deviations in the production process to the Manufacturing group leader, facilitating swift resolution and minimizing operational disruptions. - Adheres to the compliance of components, parts, and documents with quality specifications before advancing to subsequent stages of the process, ensuring product integrity and quality assurance. - Operates and oversees all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment within the manufacturing group, executing standard and complex production tasks in strict accordance with instructions. - Monitors output quality diligently, promptly identifying and addressing any instances of faulty products, while maintaining meticulous records of daily production activities and pilot runs for performance analysis. - Ensures effective communication and collaboration within the team, maintaining positive working relationships with supervisors and coworkers, and providing certification level job training You're the right fit if: - You have a High school diploma, Vocational Education or equivalent\ - 1+ year of experience managing or leading a team of employees - Your preferred skills/certific...
