POSITION TITLE: Warehouse Zone Manager EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt POSITION REPORTS TO: Flagship General Manager DEPARTMENT: Retail Division POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: The Warehouse Zone Manager at Paradies Lagardère is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations within an assigned zone at DFW International Airport. This leadership role ensures efficient execution of shipping and receiving, inventory control, stock replenishment, and product distribution across multiple retail and dining locations. The Zone Manager drives operational excellence by maintaining accurate inventory levels, optimizing workflow, and ensuring timely delivery of goods in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position leads and develops warehouse team members, enforces safety and compliance standards, and partners with operations leaders to support business demands.
