Job DetailsJob Location: HILLWOOD - NASHVILLE, TN 37205Salary Range: $15.00Job Summary: Responsible for helping with the upkeep, cleanliness, and organization of Club as well as laundry area. Clean and iron soiled linen used throughout the club and its facilities. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: Empties wastebaskets and trash areas Cleans restrooms. Wipes all windowsills, walls and light switches, mirrors, and windows. Vacuums rugs, floors, hallways, and baseboards. Dust all furniture and fixtures. Checks lamps for burned-out light bulbs. Checks heating and air conditioning unit for proper operation. Restocks all stationery. Cleans and sanitizes toilets. Cleans walls, baseboards, and floor. Washes, operates, dries, and folds laundry. Folds and stores linen by type. Cleans laundry room and linen room as required. Requisitions laundry supplies. Stocks storage rooms. Attends staff meetings. Performs other appropriate tasks assigned by the Facilities Manager. Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
