We have an opening for a fully-funded position available for immediate staffing! This role is full-time, hybrid in McLean, requiring an active TS/SCI FSP or CI Poly Clearance to start. The program is looking for a creative problem solver and design leader, skilled in the team sport of crafting solutions that are smart, simple, and lovable. You will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Apply complex user interface and interaction design principles. Guide persona, archetype, or mindset development, user journey/flow creation, task analysis, and information architecture creation. Define and guide the planning, execution, and synthesis of user research and usability testing, and ensure research translates into meaningful ideation and actionable recommendations.
