Reads and verifies the city and flight number for every bag to ensure correct loading of customer bags. Organizes and prioritizes baggage load for delivery to the proper aircraft for loading. Ensures compliance with all TSA, DOT, FAA, OSHA safety rules, regulations, and applicable laws. Accepts responsibility for the safety of the scanner and associated equipment. Scans each bag as it arrives at the bag room. Forwards and receives bags to/from TSA for processing. Ensures appropriate attention is paid to priority items. Handles customer interaction in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
