Job Title Property Accountant Job Description Summary The Finance & Property Operations Officer supports the delivery of accurate financial processing, reporting, and operational compliance across the property portfolio. This role is responsible for payment runs, bank reconciliations, invoice management, and ensuring adherence to internal controls (including SOX). The position also partners closely with business teams, outsourced providers, and internal stakeholders to maintain high standards of financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. Australian Citizenship is required due to government‑related account requirements and security obligations. Job Description (Australian Citizenship Required) Key Responsibilities: Financial Processing & Reporting: Funds Request & Invoicing — Prepare Funds Request Reports and invoices in line with contract requirements. Reimbursement Reconciliation — Reconcile reimbursement invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
