As HR Manager , you will act as the primary HR point of contact in Italy , ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of day-to-day HR services. This includes overseeing payroll operations , ensuring compliance with local social legislation, and managing constructive dialogue with employee representatives and unions. In this role, you will drive the local implementation of global HR programs while supporting operational business needs . You will partner closely with managers and employees across Italy, providing hands-on HR guidance and ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience. Reporting to the Lead HR Business Partner for Global Operations, you will play a key role in translating HR strategy into impactful local execution, contributing to both business performance and employee engagement .
