Vancouver Clinic is seeking a strategic and collaborative Director of Pharmacy Services to lead and advance clinical, population health, and operational pharmacy programs across the organization. This role partners with pharmacy leadership to plan, evaluate, and enhance medication management services, while driving health outcomes through innovative clinical programs and population health strategies. The Director collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to design care models, align initiatives, and ensure the success of pharmacy services across the organization. This is a 32-hour-per-week leadership role offering competitive compensation based on experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities: Provides and supervises delivery of pharmaceutical care in compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations. Supports Pharmacy Operations Manager in the day to day operations of the infusion center and closed door pharmacy and participates in direct pharmacist oversite as needed to assure regulatory compliance.
