Road & Rail Services Job Title: Railcar Inspector/Prep: Location: Vance, AL. Starting pay : $16.00 hr. Start time 0430am: Possible 6 Days: Position Summary: You will perform the essential cleaning and inspection functions necessary to prepare railcars for transport. Areas of Responsibility: - Comply with all industry, customer and company safety regulations and operating procedures - Inspect and assist in opening and closing railcar end doors - Inspect railcars for damage/fatigue - Identify repairs that can be performed by Road & Rail Services - Through the use of backpack blowers and various scraping devices remove all debris and other contaminates which could potentially cause vehicle damage - Maintain accountability and maintenance for all assigned equipment - Perform housekeeping duties as required by Management What's Required: - High School Diploma/GED or Ability - Safety first mentality - Ability to work in fast paced environment - Able to meet attendance requirements - A team work, can do attitude and willing to learn - Valid state driver's license We Offer: - A Full Benefits package including Medical, Dental, 401(K) Retirement - Paid Holidays and Paid Vacations - An annual...
