Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Position Purpose Physical Therapist (Family Life Center) - to create a distinctive and exceptional therapeutic space for infants and children that will improve their health and quality of life. Improving access and opportunity to children from poor communities with limited resources will be instrumental in improving health equity and decreasing disparities. This uniquely created area will design and implement programs to improve the individual child’s areas of need and increase overall function and participation. Individualized assessments, treatment plans, progress assessments and goals will be monitored at each session with family input and in accordance with each child’s abilities towards achieving optimal function and movement and prevention of injury.
