Join Us as Head Of Data Strategy, Management and Governance What’s the role?: The Head of Data Strategy, Management and Governance is accountable for defining and executing the Group‑wide data and analytics strategy, ensuring data is trusted, secure, compliant and effectively governed across its full lifecycle. The role enables strong business and customer outcomes by embedding automated, scalable data management and governance‑by‑design, while reducing operational risk and supporting executive and Board confidence in data‑driven decision‑making. Key Responsibilities: Data Strategy & Enterprise Leadership - Define and execute the Group‑wide data and analytics strategy, aligned to enterprise priorities, business outcomes and customer needs. - Ensure clear and demonstrable alignment between data strategy execution and measurable business outcomes. - Act as a visible role model for data‑led leadership and governance excellence across the organisation.
