Job Summary: The PACE Med-Cal Enrollmt/Marktng Specialist (Program for All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) at Loma Linda University Health is responsible for supporting the outreach manager and promoting and growing our PACE ministry through community contact and integrating Senior Community Care as a vital member of the healthcare and long-term care network. Coordinates the PACE center enrollment and Medi-Cal eligibility process. Travels to participants homes and community events is expected. Performs other duties as needed. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelors’ Degree in Healthcare or Marketing preferred. Minimum one year of marketing, communications, or business development experience required, preferably in the healthcare industry, PACE program, home health, or community-based long-term care setting with the elderly population. Must be able to speak Spanish. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of MediCaid/MediCare eligibility and enrollment processes and procedures.
