Company: Providence at Home with Compassus Territory Coverage (candidate must be local and willing to travel to below cities): Southbay area: Carson, El Segundo, Gardena, Hawthorne, Hermosa Beach, Inglewood, Lawndale, Lomita, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach, Rolling Hills, Rolling Hills Estates, Torrance, San Pedro, Harbor City, Wilmington, and surrounding areas. Schedule : Monday to Friday with occasional weekends 5pm to 1:30am Full Time: Position Summary: The Registered Nurse plans, organizes and directs Hospice care and is experienced in nursing, with an emphasis on community health education / experience. The Hospice nurse builds from the resources of the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their home environments. May provide patient care to premature infants, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, young, middle and older adults.
