Position Summary Safe Haven Security is currently seeking a dedicated Shelling Representative to join our organization. The key responsibility of this role is to handle inbound calls, co ordinate with sales rep resentatives , v alidate customer details , and coordinate installation schedules . In this role you will: - Collaborat e closely with sales rep resentatives to authenticate customer information and input sales data - Enter data accurately into the database system - Manage inbound calls efficiently - Coordinat e installation appointments effectively - Maintain accurate and current records To be successful in this role, you should have: - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail - Excellent customer service skills - Effective multitasking and task prioritization skills - Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications - Self-motivation and results-oriented mindset - Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum download / upload speed of 500 Mbps to support video conferencing, system tools and call quality.
