Job DetailsJob Location: Springfield HQ - Springfield, TN 37172Salary Range: $19.74 Hourly2nd Shift- Mon-Thurs (4:00pm- 2:30am) ***Pre-Employment Screening: Drug Screen & Background Check*** Associate responsible for the operations of various saws in a safe and efficient manner with minimal supervision. They will cut roll form, structural and special parts at the direction of Operations Leadership. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to perform initial machine inspection and startup Proper parts inspection and identification: Ability to be cross-trained on other machinery Knowledge of company’s parts: Ability to meet and exceed production standards Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide Follows company policies and procedures: Other duties as assigned: Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional variations.
