This position is a key member of the SigmaFlow software’s Professional Services team responsible for implementations and improving the experience of SigmaFlow’s client base. The core responsibility as a professional services team member is to interface and work directly with clients on their project implementations of the SigmaFlow compliance software. The incumbent at this level is competent in using standard systems analysis techniques and relevant tools. The individual will be assigned to a technical project where the role is to recommend the most efficient and economical means to meet the client’s goals and objectives, within the technical boundaries of the application.
